As a data scientist I worked with stakeholders operating in different regions and identified, measured and recommended improvement strategies for KPIs across Marketing area.

• I have successfully deployed Marketing Mix Model, Promo Effectiveness,sentiment analysis, CLTV and churn analysis
• Developed customer retention model to understand churn rate, customer lifetime value which helped to reduce churn rate in youngest and elderly customers by 17%.
• We extracted sentiments from social media posts and comments using GPT 3 along with user perception on product attributes and comparisons with competitor's product
• Reduced Marketing spend by 15% using Marketing Mix Model, which helped the stakeholders to understand ROAS and budget limit for Marketing channels.
• By developing a mix of descriptive and predictive model for promo effectiveness we were able to compare effect of promo in terms of sale growth, cannibalism and ROI on different SKUs/Brands and locations which helped to better understand the approach of Marketing a particular Brand in a region such that it doesn't take business for sibling brands, example Luck Strike in USA.

• I worked with stakeholders and L2 support teams to develop a an automation framework for daily tasks such as health checks, checking server compliance, order status validations in multiple 3rd party portals etc
• Reduced downtime/server overload by developing a Machine Learning solution that forecasts the impact of upcoming Sales/Promotions/Seasonality on servers in terms of CPU, RAM and Disk usage.

• Developed backend APIs for a banking client
• Created a Due Diligence backend system that provides the documentation required for a banking activity.
