➢Ensuring that the quality system defined in this manual and related documents conform to the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2015.

➢Monitoring that the quality system are implemented and maintained.

➢Ensuring the proper document control system been established.

➢To liaison with external bodies on matters relating to the quality system.

➢Establishing and overseeing the implementation of Internal Quality Audit Program. Operate, maintain, calibrate & measuring test.

➢ Responsible for manufacturing quality-drive quality activities & implement quality improvements plans.

➢ Responsible for reviewing process control effectiveness.

➢ Review project documentation as a basis for testing documentation & product understanding.

➢ Conduct quality training.

➢ Handling of in-house and external quality issues.

➢ Liaise with customer on quality issues.

➢ Identify systematic customer quality issues & manage the corrective action process plus track trends on routine basis.

➢ Map & improve the customer quality processes.

➢ To ensure that supplier conformance to quality requirements (Auditing).

➢ Maintenance & improvement of ISO 9001 quality system.

➢ To monitoring the scatter and leakage from X-RAY analytical equipment and keep records of these measurement.

➢ To monitoring internal & external Quality product comply to RoHS, REACH requirements & GP.

• Develop and implement production plans, schedules.
• Analyze production needs, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations.
• Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets.
• Ensure that production activities comply with the quality standards set by the organization.
• Conduct performance reviews and help workers to improve and meet targets.
