  • To carry out the services with due care and diligence in accordance with the professional standards.
  • Formulating and developing the design brief with client and consulting authorities affecting matters of principle in connection with the electrical design.
  • Advising and preparing on alternative construction systems, methods and products available, cost estimate and recommending most appropriate for the projects

  • Performing all the duties and functions of the engineer during contract implementation such as examining the works programme, inspecting the project at regular intervals, verifying& certifying drawings & reports, inspection during construction stage, and delivering to the Client upon issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion.
  • Managing such site staff who shall be reporting directly to the engineer fot the purpose of monitoring the project to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the approved plans and method of statement.
  • Assist to issue instruction and corrective recommendation to complete such rectification works during defects liability period.
  • Obtain all the necessary recommendation letters from the various appropriate authorities to enable to apply for Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and liaising and following up diligently.

  • Study specification for new installation of electrical component for specification of cables, lighting installation, power management system for switchboard, type of starter, transformer sizing, MCCB and MCB sizing, and etc. according class rule specification.
