1. Accounting:
· Handle Full Set Account (AP, AR, GL, Petty cash, Bank Recon)
· Perform daily accounting operations, handle vendor payments, client billing & staff claim for seamless event execution.
· Prepare financial reports to track event profitability and company performance
· Manage budgets for events, ensuring costs are tracked and controlled.
· Maintain accurate financial records & documentations.
· Process monthly and yearly closing.
· Provide support to management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, auditor, and government authorities on company related matters
· Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation and audit requirements
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
2. Admin & HR:
· Oversee office administration matters such as contracts and general admin tasks
· Process HR-related functions including payroll preparation, staff claims, and statutory contributions.
· Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and all other HR-related documentation.
