Summary

My education journey resembles ‘rojak’, panned with assorted ingredients: vocational, finance, sales & marketing, human resource, general admin, safety, security & quality. It’s also been a privilege to have ventured into various trades in my 22-years of working.

Sharing my values and beliefs below:

# Devote yourself to the God; the bill always comes due;

# Nothing is ever achieved without some pain;

# Every struggle in your life shaped you as person you are today;

# Everyone has ability to change someone’s life. Give them time;

# Some people won’t understand your journey. They don’t need to; it’s not for them;

# Be thankful for everything you have got.

Additional Information

An ESTJ (previously ISTJ) with the following strengths and weaknesses:

Strengths: Strong-willed, quick-thinker, possess high self-confidence in my abilities and I do not hesitate to express my opinions, concerns and thoughts. I have no difficulties in making long-term plans and approaching problems from several different angles. My energies, self-esteem in leading, ability to convince and inspire my team to bounce back from failure or lack of confidence, and putting plans into action does motivate me.

Weaknesses: A little bit of inflexibility in seeking the best ways to win arguments to promote my sense, motives and ideas to be accepted by many. Despite having tendencies to look down on people who claimed to have superior knowledge e.g. my forte despite knowing and being best-informed that they are not, I still have higher respect for them for their competence and know-how in their respective fields. As ESTJ, I have tendencies of being cold, impatient, ruthless, ignoring things that are considered not important/irrelevant, inadvertently hurting others' feelings in understanding charged situations that mainly involves emotions (fake; not fake) and taking a long time to make up a decision.
