With over 20 years of experience, I have worked across various industries, both in profit and non-profit sectors. I have led HR and business strategies, notably as HR Team Lead at Skylight Communications and as Head of Administration for Everise Group. My work with the United Nations and WHO involved managing flood emergencies and supply chains in challenging environments. I also have experience in education management at St. Mary’s High School. Currently, I manage legal matters, administration, and roadworks projects for Everise Group.
I have extensive experience in using Sage UBS software to accurately input financial data, manage invoices, POs, and DOs, and track inventory levels. I also oversee office administrative procedures, review and implement new processes, and manage bookkeeping and records.
I supervise and coordinate sales staff, assign duties, handle scheduling, authorize payments and returns, and resolve customer issues. I also manage inventory, order merchandise, prepare sales and personnel reports, hire and train staff, and ensure store standards. Additionally, I perform managerial tasks, such as opening/closing the store, addressing escalated complaints, and implementing marketing strategies.
I manage the operations of human resources departments, plan staffing needs with other managers, and oversee recruitment and training. I develop labor relations policies, negotiate agreements, and ensure employee development and safety programs. I also advise managers on personnel policies, oversee job classification, lead employee meetings on policies and benefits, and direct quality management programs while ensuring legal compliance with acts such as the Pay Equity Act.
I supervise the loading, unloading, and dispatch of medical and non-medical consignments, maintain inventory using LSS software, and oversee labor and contractors. I manage fleet operations, ensure fuel consumption accuracy, and organize training. I also handle warehouse staff supervision, follow UN safety regulations, perform administrative duties, manage purchasing activities, control budgets, negotiate contracts, and handle supplier claims.
