Since 2022, I have led the Capital Discipline Centre of Excellence (CoE) for one of the world’s largest multinational oil and gas clients, where I oversee capital planning initiatives, establish global standards and templates, and drive the deployment of strategic tools such as benchmarking applications and parametric cost modelling.


I also authored Turner & Townsend Malaysia’s inaugural Malaysia Construction Market Intelligence report, providing actionable market insights across Malaysia's construction market.

  • Spearheaded the Capital Discipline Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Global PMO framework, delivering strategic program management capabilities to a leading multinational energy client.

  • Company Overview: ENAV Asia Pacific is a subsidiary company of ENAV Group based in Kuala Lumpur that provides air traffic control consulting services
  • Appointed as the Project Management Consultant (Non-Technical) for the Ministry of Transport, Malaysia for the Upgrading of Kota Kinabalu Flight Information Region (KKFIR) project worth over RM160million which was completed in 3 years from 2019.
  • Flight Information Region is a dedicated airspace which a country is responsible for operational control. The KKFIR project is a high impact project as it concerns the safety of aircraft and passengers flying in the airspace.
  • Project sites cover Sandakan and Kota Kinabalu in Sabah and Miri, Kuching, Sibu and Bintulu in Sarawak.
  • Responsible to monitor and control the completion of the project on behalf of the government which includes system design, manufacturing, installation and testing of the equipment and construction of radar buildings from the approvals of Planning Permissions, Building Plans, material samples, method statements and drawings to issuance of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
  • Responsible to produce accurate projections of time and cost and ensure each project functions have access to accurate current reports and projections.
  • Responsible to develop and forecast the yearly project budgets based on the latest project status and estimated time of completion.
  • Lead and participate in discussions with the Deputy Secretary General of MOT, CEO of Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and the main contractor on project issues, risks, plans and recommendations.
  • Responsible to supervise and coordinate the activities of the main contractor and subcontractors.
  • Managed complex processes requiring inputs from many stakeholders on the client and project side.
  • Monitored and controlled the completion of the project as per its baseline completion date and below project ceiling value by 2%.

  • Appointed as the Senior Project Manager for the Industry Engagement, Stakeholder Engagement, Coordination and Communication project for the development of UMW High Value Manufacturing Park in Serendah for UMW Development Sdn. Bhd. (UMWD).
  • The UMW High Value Manufacturing Park aims to attract investors involved in high value industries such as aerospace, medical, electronics and chemical manufacturing.
  • Led a team of 3 junior project managers and devised marketing strategies to create brand awareness of UMW Development Sdn. Bhd. and market their UMW High Value Manufacturing Park to potential investors.
  • Identified the market segments and positioning strategy for the park along with the list of targeted companies suitable for UMW High Value Manufacturing Park through market research.
  • Engaged with over 100 local and international companies which translated to strong interest from 3 companies for the park although the park was yet to be officially launched as of the project completion date.

  • Company Overview: Strand Aerospace Malaysia is a consulting and engineering company specialising in aerospace, mechanical, civil and business consultancy fields.
  • Deployed for about a year to Composites Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM)'s factory in Batu Berendam, Melaka to oversee the supply chain issues for the A400M aircraft on behalf of CTRM's client Alten from Spain.
  • A400M is a turboprop military transport aircraft of which its composite tail segments are manufactured in CTRM.
  • Worked with CTRM's multidisciplinary team of project managers, quality department and production team to identify the issues causing backlog and coordinate recovery actions with the advice from Alten, Spain.
  • Led periodic reporting and review meetings on supplier's recovery performance with Alten Spain's Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.
  • Led root cause analysis and ensured corrective actions are undertaken by the supplier to mitigate any full delivery recovery risks.
