1. Oversee daily operation, aministrative and finance.

2. Oversee recruitment and training of new employees for all business segments.

3. Oversee and manage new Companies set up, handling all licensing issues, equipment, arrangements, manpower training and others operation matters.

4. Monitor and control operational expenses to optimize costs and improve overall profitability.

5. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses for all companies (Manpower recruitment Agensi, Garment Manufacturing, F&B restaurant, Hostel & Transport management, and Trading business)

6. Monitor the import and export shipments to ensure proper management and all the shipment are compliance to the country rules and regulations. 7. Communicate & Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless coordination across the entire group.

8. Communicate effectively with senior management to provide regular updates on production performance and key metrics.

9. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.

10. Ensure compliance with government regulations and implement measures to create a safe working environment.

11. Regularly evaluate and update standard operating procedures to reflect best practices.

12. Resolve and address operations issues promptly collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.

13. Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.

14. Lead of HOD to compliance all audit requirement by authority or customer.

Production Planning & Customer Service
1. Oversee and develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production
specifications
2. Determine production requirements based on machine capacity and product specifications.
3. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery and Identify delays and accordingly
adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
4. Notify customers on any delays and outages and determine equipment, materials and
manpower required to complete production
6. Discuss with production , engineering to resolve production issues and escalate unresolved
issues to management promptly
7. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
8. Planning and coordinating import, export and local shipment ; Liaising and negotiating
logistics cost with forwarder to ensure cost efficiency.

Purchasing & Material Planning
1. Evaluate suppliers and sub con based on delivery speed for their products and services,
price, and quality
2. Directs production and inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage
3. Maintains inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines
4. Identifies opportunities to reduce materials and consumable costs and charges
5. Manages and monitors storage of purchased parts and finished goods

Costing
1. Analyzing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential
incremental volume, and competitor price levels
2. Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability
3. Assist with pricing negotiations of customers' proposals.
4. Prepare clearly BAFO (Best and Final Offers)
5. Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database.
6. Manage and supervise pricing analysts to support activities inclusive of new price
generation and discrepancy resolution etc.
7. Perform partnering with subcon or supplier to ensure integrated profit maximizing
approach to end customer.

8.Cultivated strong relationships with suppliers by maintaining open lines of communication, resolving issues promptly, and conducting regular business reviews focused on continuous improvement opportunities.

Production Planning
1) Responsible for production planning and production schedule.
2) Liaise with production, on capacity planning to ensure production plan is in line with
shipment plan to meet customer demand and fulfillment.
3) Responsibility for Finished Goods store controlling.
4) Monitoring the Finished Goods stock in/out process.
5_ Planning the Finished Goods quarterly stock take to ensure the Physical & ERP system's
inventory are tally.

Logistics(Export/Import & Local shipment plan)
1) Prepare shipping schedule, place booking with shipping line, arrange forwarded to request
container.
2) Liaise with Haulage Company to ensure smooth movement of the containers.
3) Check B/L, Marine cargo insurance and inform shipping line, insurance company amend
accordingly if have any mistake.
4) Documentation for those shipments with terms of LC/DP/TT and other.
5) Survey more efficient shipping agent and forwarder with competitive rate and service.
6) Check and certify invoice issue by forwarder, liner and insurance company.
7) Provide freight costing and production budget to sales department.
8) Door to Door shipment and loose cargo shipment arrangement; solve the problem when
extra charges incur.
9) In charge of import shipment, to ensure all the containers can be trucked in on time.
10) To updated the import data and follow up vessel ETA & outstanding documents before
vessel arrived.
11) Coordinate with Raw Material Sorting Department for unloading of cargoes.
12) Responsible for local delivery Include East Malaysia and Singapore
13) Arrange transport for delivery.and prepare documentation for local delivery.
14) Prepare the document needed for account department if shipment is under LC and DP.
