• Airtel provides MPLS WAN services for SIDBI, connecting all CE routers to Airtel POPs using LL or RF media, with ISDN serving as backup links. PE-CE connectivity is established through MPLS BGP.
• Ensuring WAN link SLAs by coordinating with the service provider and addressing LAN network issues within business hours.
• Managing MPLS BGP network for all 96 locations, ensuring uptime for the Mumbai DC and DR LAN.
• Utilizing HP NNM and SolarWinds Networking tools for network management.
