- Plan, organize,, lead and control, implementation New SOP to run daily Production operations.
- Monitor complaint resolutions from Marketing & Transport Dept
- Establish yearly staff training targets & KPi -Provide monthly performance results to the Executive Director.
-To consistently review and audit 3 Distribution Centre & selected customers site after sales activity in line with the organizations requirements.
-To Plan, develop and enforce in-house cost saving activities in the HQ & DC operations so the cost of after sales operations can be optimized.
-To plan & organize buffer stocks based in customers base fully support in terms of stocks replenishment, supporting to Sales & Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:
•Reporting direct to the Managing director (Service Operations), to manage a team of technical, HR, Warehouse Operations and customer service team
•Arrange the route for Centre Johor areas, ensure to meet the daily delivery KPI
•To plan and control inventories and draft budgets of the entire outlets, Office expenses
•Oversee overall spectrum of HR activities included manpower planning, recruitment & selection, performance management system, compensation & benefits, employment services & relationships.
•Handling documentations of HR dept. Develop HR policies & procedures, propose the right placement & salary offer. Conduct dialogue or informal chatting with staffs to address employee grievance & feedback.
•Office operation, assist in running the daily office operation such as ensuring that the office equipment, furniture is all in working conditions.
•Examine monthly company expenses.
•To assist in overseeing all matters relating to office management, administration, operation of office service bay area.
•Overseeing stock control and processing orders are done in accordance with company policies
•Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's divisions
•Keeping stock control systems up to date
•Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
