➢ Issue tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulation are
incorporated and that the customer request is met to provide them with excellent service.
➢ Support Travel Agents by assisting them with their general enquiry and booking.
➢ Issue exchange order/invoices for ticketing process
➢ Quoting airfares and ticketing related tour fares to clients
➢ Complete day to day and periodical ticketing sales return
➢ Coordinating sales collection and reconciliation
➢ Ensure that all necessary ticket related documents are filed, flight schedules are updated, and
brochure, sales and promotional materials are displayed and distributed to supporting agents.
➢ Checking/administering airfare contracts held with airlines and issuing tickets according to the
rules and conditions of the fares.
➢ Report any irregularities that occur in the workplace to the Management.
➢ Able to handle customer complaints and enquires with tactfulness.
➢ Prepare and compile all reports and statistic on sales on timely manner.
➢ Follow up and feedback on sales call to agents with proactive solution.
➢ Attend to any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
