SAP Training and Adoption is a part of Cloud Services (CS) with the mission to lead a way for customers and partners to adopt, consume, and expand the technology of SAP Solution in their digital transformation journey. As they purhcase SAP licences to deploy, we help them to understand the solution, certify them for the solution to stay current, and guide them to better use the solution through content platform and telemetry tracking solution.
The T&A Sales Development Representative is responsible for drive T&A business as inside sales who communicate with end customer for net new and renewal business as well as collaborate with SAP direct sales team (AE, SAE & SSA). In same time, support individual channel manager to expand volume business with channels such as Academic Education Partners (AEP) including universities for training, SAP Partner for licences and SAP Partner to sell through the portfolio of training and adoption to end customers. The role will work closely internally with Industry Account Executive (IAE), Services Account Executives (SAE) and Partner releated managers to met customer's needs.
Key performance indicators the role holds responsible for are:
Sales Drive ILT, Cloud Services and P-card with End Customer
Create new sales opportunity
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads
Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities
Renewal support and Upsell for SAP Learning Hub licenses and P-card
Maintenance of all Partner-related agreements
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Keeeping up with product and service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

Closing sales and achieving
· To achieve and exceed quarterly and yearly sales target allocated for the team
· Generate sales from Public Sector, GLC, SME, Private Sectors and Individuals
· Prepare and attend weekly forecast call with SAP
· Recruit, train and coach the inside sales team
· Working together with SAP Account Managers from License’s team and Channel teams to provide the training proposal to the customer
· Consistently communicate with SAP training delivery partners, working as a team to contribute high level of sales for partners and assists partners with leads to schedule training
· Manage online sales and support enquiries
· Leading and driving team members to meet department's objective as well as align with Group's vision and value.
· Handling escalation call and resolve customer's issue within reasonable time frame.
· Review and provide guidance to team members to ensure mandatory Internal Audit, Control and Compliance policy are being adhered strictly.
· Selling all the IT training products and services portfolio to customers, such as Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, IBM, Cisco, Red Hat, Vmware, Project Management, Citrix and HP
· Pro-actively identifying new business opportunities for existing and new customers to achieve sales performance goals
· Qualifies marketing leads for commercial accounts territory, introducing end users to new promotion, campaign and latest products
· Working closely with principal to close deals
· Assist partners/reseller with pricing, and aligning end users with partner and distributors
· Generates and drives a sufficient pipeline of deals in territory to cover commits
· Attend product trainings provided to keep myself updated with latest products and to be aware of competitor products and strengths.
· Organizing, directing, supervising and ensuring Oracle Education operation functions and all daily activities are in accordance to the Company’s policies and goal
· Leading and manage operations staff on supporting the education sales and delivery team
· Constantly coach and train new operations staff in APAC
· Manage and support sales team including sales order, quotation, complaint and provide after-sales service. Also support Oracle Workforce Development Program (Higher Institution Schools)
· Liase with Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) – involved in registering Oracle University as a training provider and help HR for training grant application/submission
· Performed contract agreement and renewal for Oracle Business partners and provide support on Oracle class delivery at partner’s location
· Actively involved in procurement & purchasing, booking & invoicing, logistics and cost control
· Actively coordinating with sales and delivery team to ensure every class setup is in order
· Provide & prepare the monthly revenue and invoicing aging reports to Education Director
· Work closely with Account Receivables and Cash Application team on invoice payment
· Work closely with APAC team to ensure sales order booked and classroom training environment are in place
· To ensure documentation, filling, processes and other relevant matters are in place to fulfill the yearly ISO audit and Oracle Internal Audit
