  • Control inbound calls from Citi phone to confirm cardholder's status, override cases upon verification, lifting blocks & blocking cards and other inquiries.
  • Analyze on Disaster / Misjudgment cases.
  • Provide 'Daily Productivity Report' through email on hourly basis.
  • Manage the call queue & schedule within the team.
  • Block/replace the credit card whenever it's required to prevent from lost for the company and to protect the security of the cardholder's account.
  • Average cases being handled is from 200-300 cases on daily basis.
