Improved delivery velocity by 15% across 4 functional Hubs by working through my team of 4 Agile coaches to limit work in progress, address technical debt, proper facilitation of agile ceremonies and backlog refinement practices, reducing average story cycle time from 8 days to 6 days within 6 months.
