A) Head of project management unit for implementation of 4 new IT systems consisting of research management, core investment and investment data warehouse systems.

• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for systems implementation starting from requirements gathering, Request for Proposal (RFP) process, vendors' evaluations and selections including contracts negotiations with multiple vendors as well as project execution.
• Develop yearly project's budget, costs and resources for implementation of various systems across multi years.

• Track project progress and deliverables, intervene and resolved issues, take corrective measures and provide updates to stakeholders and executive management.
• Facilitate workshops, lead discussions, translate requirements, manage conflicts and provide detailed business processes as well as requirements to ensure deliverables are meeting specified requirements and in accordance to deadlines and budget.
• Facilitate discussions and manage Change Requests process involving escalation to decision makers and approval process.

Cluster head of analysts covering healthcare, chemical, energy and oil and gas sectors

• Managing 10 analysts with approximately 80 companies under monitoring portfolio.
• Researched and monitored macroeconomic, market and industry trends and company-specific data/news to identify investment opportunities either to enter or exit.
• Reviewed financial models and earnings projections and forecasts to assess potential investments and identify potential risks in generating investment proposals.
• Assisted investment analysts in conducting detailed investment analysis, financial calculations and investment reports in timely basis.
