• Oil Content Testing (in Palm Oil Mills): Analyze the oil content in palm fruit samples to optimize oil extraction efficiency.

Microbiological Testing:

• Ensure that the products are free from harmful bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests and analyses. This helps in tracking the quality of production batches and is often necessary for audits and compliance checks.

Compliance with Regulations:

• Ensure that all testing procedures comply with local and international standards. This includes health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Research and Development:

• Work on improving the milling process by conducting experimental tests on new methods, additives, or technologies to enhance productivity and product quality.

Production Operater

• Supervisors manage the overall milling process, ensuring it meets production targets and quality standards.Coordinate with mill operators, technicians, and other staff to optimize the milling process.Ensure that the processing lines run efficiently and resolve any problems that arise.

Crusher/Grinder Operator

• In mills like palm oil or sugar mills, raw materials need to be crushed or ground before further processing.Maintain machinery, ensuring it is cleaned and repaired regularly to prevent breakdowns.
