- Manage the safe passage of cSSD product from development to production environment.

- Performs Design Verification Testing (DVT) on flash modules and SSD products such as (2.5’SATA SSD, MSATA, M.2SATA, CF Card).
- Review and translate customer and internal requirements into test specifications and develop qualification test process for new design.
- Work with Design Engineers to carry out failure analysis and resolve issues observed during internal DVT and product qualification process.
- Supported product development and product Quality needs in line with customer requirements.
- Project coordination- manage the qualification job such as request NPI build from PM, review the design changes with DE Team, involve in PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order).
- Work with cross-functional team, PCB Design, Test, Manufacturing and QA based on project requirement.
- Performs product qualification testing (environmental & mechanical testing) on new design before release to high volume manufacturing.
- Ensure product reliability matches product data sheet specification at every condition (Thermal cycle /Thermal shock, Mechanical Shock Test, Mechanical Vibration etc.)
- Highlight Product performance/reliability issues with proposed solution during development to the relevant product line.
- Perform Dye&Pry on qual samples to identify certain defects unique to solder joints.
- Involve in documentation using PLM (Oracle) and QMS Library.
- Liaise with external lab on the special qualification test.
- Involve in Fixture and Tool Design for reliability process.
- Coordinate RMA Team on customer return drives and provide solution to nail down the root cause.
