· Plan, direct, and coordinate an overall occupational safety and health program all contractors
· Develop and manage a variety of specific environmental, health, and safety programs necessary to achieve and maintain compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
· Identify and prioritize safety training needs and potential training participants based on pertinent regulations and specific needs identified by workers.

· Conduct scheduled and unscheduled workplace inspections to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Issue orders to temporarily close unsafe work sites when necessary.
· Analyze hazards and develop risk assessments for both worksites areas, develop policies, plans and procedures to minimize risk.
· Develop, recommend or implement new policies, programs, procedures for best safety compliance.
· Enforce safety policies by conducting inspections, reporting statistics, and counselling.
· Investigate and analyses reports of injury, property damage, and occupational disease to determine causative factors and recommend corrective actions.
· Direct the collection, investigation, and analysis of accident and work- related Injury/illness data; and the preparation of occupational safety and health reports.
· Create and maintain a records system to measure accident/incident cost and program effectiveness.
· Provide for the training of employees in proper and safe work methods and procedures.

1. Liaise with MOD PIC to conduct joint pre-start site inspection MOD. Result shall be communicated immediately upon completion of inspection.

2. Conduct 8 MOD site audit per week (pre-start inspection included) + 4 EI repair site audit per month - Shall be supported by both SIS & safety patrol records.

7. Work with designated PIC for conducting Safety Walk, Site Inspection & Unsafe Reporting.
· Supervises the identification and remediation of hazardous workplace conditions.
· Investigates, analyses, and reports on any accidents or unsafe events and suggests remedial and preventative actions.
· Develops a safety conscious culture by providing workforce education on first aid, emergency/safety procedures and regulations.
· Ensures all necessary records are maintained and are in compliance with all applicable federal and state health and safety regulations.
· Participates in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures.
· Evaluates working conditions and recommends improvements in safety and health methods, practices, and procedures.
