• Monitoring the compliance, implementation, and completion of the project in accordance with contract conditions, specification, client, and authority's requirements within the approved work programmed, cost and quality of work
• Review M&E BQ, Design,technical specification for the project coordination and submission
• Preparing and arranging for site temporary utilities before the construction work
• Preparing BQs and award process for Temporary utilities contractors (preliminaries work)
• On site monitoring of M&E work progress, qualities of work and individual contractors work to follow the work programme/schedule
• Review and ensure contractor's timely submission of method statement, construction and shop drawings, Request for Inspection (RFIs), remedial proposal, report etc
• Monitor and ensure all equipment and materials delivered to site are in accordance to approved materials
• Monitoring M&E staff at site and to ensure all documentation and site supervision in top condition with no effecting to others
• Verify contractors claim,VO's and site verification with consultant for upstream claim
• Monitoring and ensure M&E work at site are timely follow the schedule and no delays to others
• Lead technical coordination meeting with all M&E contractor and technical discussion with consultant
• Attend and witness Site Acceptance Test during commissioning of the system/services
