  • Work closely with Contract Owner, Engagement Managers from various Functions/Departments in ExxonMobil MY Upstream (previously) and now Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) and the representatives from the awarded agencies to ensure successful hiring are achieved utilizing the job descriptions established, the taxonomies provided and the budgets agreed

  • Manage, maintain and address all incoming enquiries/concerns via email and/or Zoom chats/calls from the Engagement Managers and the agencies
  • Monitor and manage new sourcing requests via Beeline CTrax including validation of the information through outreaching Engagement Managers
  • Nominated as Rookie of The Year 2022 by KellyOCG MSP Program Manager (APAC)
  • Successfully complete Transition exercise for more than 200 contractors from expiring agencies to the newly awarded ones by utilizing complex spreadsheets and Beeline CTrax
  • Established good working relationships with all the awarded 4 agencies of ExxonMobil MY Upstream

  • Received good feedback/compliments from a few ExxonMobil’s stakeholders on the support and service rendered for 2023 and 2024
  • Completed the Contractors’ extensions expiring in Oct, Nov and Dec 2023 until Sept 2024 by utilizing the approved budget for 2024 while communicating effectively with the Engagement Managers, Functional Managers, the agencies and the team on the processes to ensure smooth transition
  • Successfully extended 444 Contractors by end June 2024 whom service expiry on 31st Dec 2024 to accommodate Operatorship Transfer from ExxonMobil Upstream to Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) which will be eff. 1st April 2025 until 31st Dec 2025
  • Operatorship Transfer : successfully collected and maintained data of 550+ Contractors while working closely with manpower agencies, Contract owner, Procurement team and PCSB to ensure successful cross-over of all selected Contractors. Involved in UAT for Beeline Professional which will be utilized by PCSB from 1st April 2025 onwards
  • Completed the renewals of 412 Contractors for PCSB which expiring on 31st Dec 2025 through Beeline Professional. These renewals will be up until 31st March 2027

  • Part of KUDOS project team – a project of re-branding Kudos program within the organization which falls under Customer Centricity program roll-out, AIGSS Employee Engagement Initiatives. Role was to manage the evaluation of KL Shared Services compliments received from overall business areas/partners, preparation of program slides and inventory management.
