I have over 20 years of professional experience with extensive knowledge in quality assurance program, food safety management system, auditing and documentation establishment; excellent oral and verbal communication skill with all levels of personnel. Throughout my career, I have held various positions which include Corporate Trainer, QA Executive, QA Manager, Senior Supply Quality Auditor and Freelance trainer & 2nd party auditor. My experience was from various manufacturing/operations background such as frozen dough, food & beverage, potato chips and I had the opportunity to have better understanding of flour, spices, cocoa products, oils & fats, flavors, food additives as well as packaging materials throughout my audit experiences. I am also FSPCA PCQI certified and recently have successfully obtained FSSC 22000 V6 certification for the current company.
