- To know in detail about the floor plan (such as lounge,toilet,service counter, in and out route)
- To know the procedure if there is any issues (through organizer or can direct to contractors incharge on that particular problem)
- To have contact for contractors or any vendors involved and to know how to reach them for urgent cases
- Make a really good relationship with the exhibitors,( visit their booth often and stay in their sight during the exhibition)
- Understanding the main reason why the hall manager is being located (as the communication liaise between the organizer and exhibitor)
- To have all information regarding the event.
- To be well informed by the VO about any VIP movement. well known about the event and vip schedule.
- Compulsory to have the data about booth being visited by vip.

Manpower and Delegates Executive for CYDES 2023 Exhibition
- End to end manage and coordinate foreign and local delegates program throughout
the event.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job
posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who
best fit the job requirements for CYDES 2023 event crew.
- Onboarding: Facilitating the smooth onboarding process for new employees,
providing them with necessary training and orientation to integrate them into the
company effectively.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems and
processes, conducting employee evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement
or development.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, addressing conflicts, and
promoting a positive work environment to boost employee morale and productivity.
