• Drafted board and member resolutions, directors' resignation letters, and call option notices in various share sale transactions.
• Reviewed contracts involving MNCs as clients such as non-exclusive distribution agreements, and collaboration agreements.

• Drafted security documents such as facility agreements, debentures, corporate guarantees;
• Prepared corporate documents related to the above such as resolutions, charge annexures.

• Researched legal questions posed by clients and lawyers in areas such as Company law, Contract law, Intellectual Property law, and Personal data protection law.
• Provided lawyers with in-depth research into recent changes in anti-corruption and bribery legislation and guidelines in Malaysia.
• Conducted due diligence on data protection licenses in the acquisition of a diploma college. Input adopted into the final report. Additionally, I helped draft the warranties section of the Share Purchase Agreement.
• Helped in drafting and reviewing technology contracts such as mobile application development agreements and data processing agreements. My input on these contracts was adopted by the senior lawyers in the final draft.
