● Accurately input data into relevant databases or system.


Administrative and Documentation

● Maintain good records keeping.

● Check suppliers’ invoices costing and quantity accuracy. ● Check Auto Generated Purchase Order List costing and quantity accuracy.

● Double-check all documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

● Handle stores feedback on GLS portal on daily basis to verify and closed with follow up action to settle.
