Responsibilities And Activities

Study tool drawing (assembly & function). Work together with designers and tool makers. Take care about critical dimensions and functional areas. Follow up assembly planning,  and QA report of press tool parts. Attending trials and making reports. Do proper PM of dies after continuous production. Attend the TPM online problems to solve the problems as fast as possible in order to reduce downtimes. Cooperate with the rest of group member for an effective performance for the betterment of Tool room functionality. Study the properties of each moulds or dies with continuous approaching to challenging problems.

Tool Manufacturing And Development

Good knowledge in manufacturing process of press tools, gauges and Jigs & fixtures., Analysis of problems, rectification and troubleshooting during manufacturing & production, Estimation of machining hours, preparations of drawings for machining and follow up with in-house and sub-contractor machining activities., Knowledge in handling of various measuring instruments and gauges.
