• Genpact, Successfully signed off KEA (Australia & NZ) cash application team in Jan 2021., Received Appreciation and certificate from Genpact regional manager. Suggested use of a simpler method of allocation for Overpayment and partial payment using Nomentia tool. Created SOP for cash application from scratch according to Global standards of Kone. Updated QC file according to Global request. Created SLA for email, tickets and matching allocations for team's daily use.

Proposed and Executed Partner Calls with Global in AR team- collaborating with Collection team. Spot Recognition Award received for Collaborating for Achievement. Worked on Month end report Automation for AR team. Supported Robotics process automation in executing daily task in collection team.
• University of Waikato, Received University of Waikato International Excellence scholarship award 2016., Conducted a qualitative thesis report on the Legitimacy of International Accounting Standard-setting process through a comparative analysis between the FASB and the IASB and presented the factors influencing standard setting process around the world.
