• Develop and implement HRA strategies and plans aligned and integrated with business and overall organization Talent Acquisitions and Talent Management objectives and drive effective implementation of these strategies and plans.
• Advise Asia HQ and CMMO (Country Trading, Marketing and Manufacturing Offices) management on wide variety of personnel and human resources issues.
• Lead effective succession planning and talent development plan for SEA region covering multi business Sector.
• Establish, implement and maintain appropriate management system of the HR value chain for S.E.A HQ and CMMO.(Lead the SAP and Oracle Project Transformation for HRA)
• Facilitate and provide effective support to the CMMOs management and HR team to ensure alignment of respective CMMOs HRA strategies and plans development and execution.
• Provide HR inputs for regional business projects e.g. Integration, due diligence, business development opportunities
• Oversee industrial labour relations and handles disciplinary issues resulting from non-performance, breach of code of conducts, violation of any rules and/or guidelines of the company.
• To liaise with external parties such as government agency and company vendors in dealing with HRA issues.
