Create, design & update the program for New Joiner. Train for On boarding New Joiner for all store position. Program cover training areas such as basic operation such as SOP, customer service and retail management.

2. Create, design & update the training program for Store Management level. Also, mapping out training plans and schedules training programs for operation. Monitor the development of Management level to attend this program once confirm.

4. Co- Trainer for Area Manager training course. Involve in design and develop the material such as Time Management & Leadership.
5. Responsible as Regional Trainer which need to prepare Monthly report for Management meeting such as Attendance & Exam completion by in charge region.
6. Responsible in updating material (training slides, exam questions) for Store Training Program 1, Train the trainer 1 and Deliver service training.
7. Involve in any ad-hock assign such as Fried Chiki Training, Self Service Kiosks(SSK) Training etc.
1. Course Manager for Crew Leader Advancement Program. Responsible to develop the training material, training need analysis, report progress of program and ensuring program conducted at restaurant level by Crew Leader.
2. Senior and co- trainer for Restaurant Management program (RMP) and Basic Restaurant Management Course (BRMC) for Manager level. Design and develop material for Service Hospitality, Managing Customer Experience, Orientation, Basic Service and and Cash Policy and Handling
3. Perform On Job Evaluation (OJE) for Manager in Training (MITs) and provide coaching through restaurant support visit.
4. Project Representative in New Restaurant Start Strong (NRSS) team. Accountable to plan training need and flow for New restaurant team and work closely with Operations team. To follow up with the restaurant the progress of new crew in new restaurant. To organize support from Trainer Chef and other Trainer to new restaurant opening.
5. Responsible in documentation of Human resources development fund (HRDF) grant and claim. To build close relationship with Human Resources (HR) team to ensure company able to achieve target in HRDF claim.
6. As part of Sushi Ceria publication (Internal Circulation Info). Involve as article writer and also Editor periodically.
