As a Technology Center Manager I am required to maintain a coherent site identity and sense of community. I make sure the center meets quality, production and delivery goals, and ensure customer satisfaction and profitability. I prioritize any new product development projects and production schedules. I maintain and develop the center's technical expertise from various aspects. This includes Project Managers, Team Leads, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, Release team, DevOps, and Support team.

As a Chief Technology Officer, I am responsible for leading and managing technology and engineering direction of the company. I led and managed a large-scale software development projects in accordance with industry software development standards. I managed teams and delivers applications and products to meet customer requirements within quality, budget and time constraints.

As a Software Development Manager, I oversee the entire software development life-cycle. I am leading and managing a big team of Developers, Testers, DevOps, Network Engineers and Support. I have also help to identify talents throughout the entire hiring process. Constantly evaluates the work of developers and testers and how it measures against the timeline and base requirements set for a project.

I was hired to rewrite the company's main web application which was then written in PHP. I was required to rewrite the new web application from scratch. I involved in most of the software design and architected the software foundation, both Frontend and Backend.

• Created the Core Engine of the application so that Programmers can easily extend from the base structure for customization purposes.
• Created a bi-directional data transformation engine that allows the application to easily ingest and produce different set of data format. This allows application integration to be done easily.

• Developed a portal using Oracle Portlet to produce a portal/dashboard that allows user to view News, Announcements, Files, Approval workflows, etc.
• Involved in both Frontend and Backend technologies using Oracle, Java, Javascript, and MySQL/Oracle Database.
• Developed a document extraction and search engine for end user to search for file content through a web service.
• Worked with software development and testing team members to design and develop robust solutions to meet client requirements for functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Involved in requirement gathering together with System Analyst to make sure software is designed according to specification.
• Present the final product to management and customers.
• Debugged problems caused by hardware, operating systems software, application programs and network failures.
