The Procurement Business Partner Specialist for Corporate Function plays a role in developing and executing procurement strategies across corporate functions. This role requires deep expertise in procurement processes, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and a strong understanding of the unique needs of corporate functions. The specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective solutions are delivered in alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities;
1) To lead the end-to-end procurement process for corporate function such as HR, Network, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
2) To Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure competitive pricing, value-added services, and high-quality supplier performance.
3) To Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand specific procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4) Identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
5) Contract Management and Negotiations.
6) Identify Cost Optimization and Savings Initiatives
7) Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
8) Cross-functional collaboration and work closely with other business functions (such as Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure procurement strategies support overall corporate and department goals.
