The demo was a huge success, and the client was very impressed with the POC., Facilitated BPM, CAF and ESB development along with MS SQL server activities; designed & created engineer for the POC, Worked from offshore and appreciated by the sales team for helping the team with the demo Inspire K&N, Kuehne & Nagel International AG, Germany, Transport & Logistics, Nov’13-May’14, K&N was undergoing a major integration revamp throughout the organization and as part of this, the existing 18-year-old B2B platform was replaced with webMethods B2B platform. As part of the replacement for B2B platform the complete B2B solution was being renewed to provide streamlining of business processes, end-to-end visibility and UI based Configuration Management which the existing B2B solution was unable to provide, and also integrated new B2B solution system with various applications/systems within the enterprise., Managed the development of ESB, CAF, DB and acted as a single point of contact for the entire UI maintenance and enhancements along with the build activities EPP (Enterprise Process Platform), AmBank, Malaysia, Banking, Feb’13-Oct’13, The main objective of EPP project was to automate the Customer Service Request processes. The processes automated for the Bank under this project were the EPF Generation, Loan Settlement, Discharge of Funds, Redemption, Maintenance and Customer Service Request Process. The main challenge was to deal with the customer expectations and to address the queries at a business level., Performed requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and provided warranty support, Supervised activities related to ESB, CAF, DB and BPM task developer, Acted as a Business Analyst and transferred business requirements of clients into IT and implemented the same eCDD (Electronic Customer Due Diligence), Standard Chartered Bank, Banking, Sept’12-Jan’13, eCDD is a Web Based Wholesale Banking system wherein a new prospective client was created in the RMWB by the Relationship Manager and the case was taken forward by Client Enrichment Team which updated the client’s details in the BOWB (Back Office Workbench). This data was then validated by the FCR, and the Business Head gives approval for the onboarding of the client as suggested by the RM., Analysed business requirement and designed technical solution; administered UI, DB and business-related changes, Implemented & tested the application GIS (Global Information Services), Software AG Headquarters, Internal Operations, Apr’12-Sept’12, GIS is an application which contains entire company information (expenses, timesheets) of Software AG. This was a complete system integration project. The company metadata from SAP had to be transferred to Open Air (Cloud based system). There was a complete UI Portal to be designed. This UI application was based on webMethods CAF (Composite Application Framework-built on JSF)., Wrote SRS to implement the code and developed UI Portal Directory Services Address Services, Apple Computers Inc., Manufacturing, Apr’10-Jan’12, Directory Services Address Service is a Web Service application which addresses correction and verification. It standardizes the user input address and returns a corrected address with a matching scenario field which helps the user to identify till what level the address is deliverable. This project also involved a Geo Code look up functionality which returns a geo code value based on user input which is used to locate the closest Retail Stores based on the geo code output., Acted as a part of Application Development Team and led a team of 3 members from offshore; interacted with onsite and offshore clients, Prepared workflow as per client requirements in SAP Business Objects (Data Services XI), Managed set up of applications and Data Services XI, Analysed client requirements and provided optimal solutions
