- Assisting Manager Building on scheduling, supervising electrical building services.
- Performing on switching & servicing High Voltage / Low Voltage for Sub Station and LV Room.
- Schedule and delegate work to maintenance staff to ensure timely/ efficient completion and quality results
- To supervise works undertaken by in-house maintenance staff (with Building Manager) and contractor in their routine maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and vendors to ensure compliance with the regulations at all times.
- Appointed as evaluation committee for open tender / quotation and to handle contract tender including sourcing for quotation, negotiation on terms and cost and submit for management approval.
- Establishing and Managing Preventive/Corrective/Milestone Maintenance execution program for all HT (High Tension) , MV (Medium Voltage), LV (Low Voltage) and backup power systems (UPS, Gensets).
- Plan and manage the yearly CAPEX and OPEX budget required for the operation and maintenance of the Electrical systems and to ensure that all spent are within the plan budget.
- Ensure all required tools and equipment, spare parts and consumables are sufficient at all times to operate and maintain the electrical systems at optimum efficiency level.
- Responsible to develop and implement improvement projects, facility audits, and energy management initiatives for continuous improvement of the Electrical systems and for the systems to be operating at optimum efficiency level at all times.
- Responsible in ensuring Electrical systems, upgrading works, refurbishment, repair and other required works are in compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations.
- Experience/knowledge in mechanical/ electrical discipline
- Performing complaint and maintenance works as the On Call Team after office hours.
