As a property consultant my responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. other responsibilities includes

• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

As a house officer my primary responsibilities are examining patients, which involves clerking patient, taking record of patient's personal history such as age, gender and marital status, travelling history, family hereditary disease, smoking/drinking habit, etc that connected to the signs and symptoms of the disease, identifying signs and symptoms, perform physical examination, and perform all the medical procedures such as taking blood, taking ABG, insert urine catheter, lumbar puncture, doing CPR, suturing wound and dressing, assist senior doctors in surgeries and perform minor surgeries under the supervision of senior doctors.

During ward round routines with senior doctors and specialists, my responsibilities are to present patients' cases to them, give my diagnosis, and propose to them the preventive measures and treatments for the patients and execute them upon approval.
