- Check ETA PKL at liner tracking & request NOA/Invoice with liner
- Once received NOA, sent our NOA to customer
- Arrange for pay liner local charges payment
- Once receive NOA (liner) sent our NOA to customer before 2 days vessel ETA PKL
- Sent Liner NOA to clearance agent for k1 declare process
- Once receive draft k1 from agent, sent to customer for checking
- Once customer done proceed draft k1, proceed with clearance agent / request for duty Invoice & arrange payment / bill duty amount to customer
- Follow up for HBL k4 manifest with clearance agent / if LCL, we need to provide Correction manifest to co-loader before vessel arrival at PKL
- Check HBL and MBL done surrendered and arrange for EDO clearance with liner
- Sent LOA, local charges payment, NOA, MBL sea waybill and CLA cert for waive deposit
- Once clearance and EDO done, issue gate pass
- Sent ROT to Haulier for delivery and inform customer delivery date
- Once cargo delivered to customer, follow up for MT container return to depoh
- Bill to customer / Close file
