As an experienced legal professional I practise criminal defense and civil litigation, with a strong focus on advocating for civil rights. Prior to that, I trained as a computer programmer and subsequently a systems auditor, experience which adds valuable and unique perspectives to my work.
Through activism and legal representation, I actively contribute to civil society reforms. I have been a long-standing advocate for drug policy reforms and the abolishment of the death penalty in Malaysia. More recently, I have taken up raising awareness for mental health, particularly ADHD and Autism. Using my various platforms, I strive to promote inclusivity and progressive perspectives.
I am an electronic music professional. Aside from being an active techno and house music DJ and producer, I am the founder and co-owner of an independent electronic music recording company, under which I coordinate my music projects.
Driven by my passion for psychology and neurobiology, I am currently pursuing an MSc in Applied Neuroscience. After completion, my goal is to further research and engage in mental health projects, specifically addressing ADHD and Autism treatment for adults. During my free time, I enjoy observing animals and the night sky alike, expanding my knowledge of languages and geography, and exploring new technologies.
