1.Performs site security assessments, risk assessments, supports employee and affiliate meetings, conducts investigations, assists with meeting planning security, provides executive security, creates travel advisories, protects assets and delivers other security functions as needed across region.
2.Serves as the primary resource to company management on matters affecting the security of affiliates and the protection of physical assets, personnel, facilities, operations, and brand equity in region. Serves as the intermediary between Global Security HQ and the region.
3.Coordinates and implements regional security, operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical assets, intellectual properties and information assets against lost, damage or incident, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
4.Conduct site process review and audits to identify any risk to mitigate with appropriate measures align with compliance regulatory. relatively to assess the effectiveness of security practises and procedures at regional sites.
5.Provides investigative support and expertise to the Asia business specifically HR, Legal, and Facilities Management, Ethics and Compliance, and Health, Safety, and Environment. Provides investigative support for product diversion and anti-counterfeit investigations.
6. Maintain close working relationship with legal representative and risk management while oversee travel security program to advise appropriate measures
7.Through a network of facility security coordinators, coordinates and implements site security, operations, and activities to ensure protection of executives, employees, customers, stakeholders, visitors, etc. and physical and information assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and resources.
8.Establish and maintain effective liaison with law enforcement, U.S. and foreign government agencies concerning executive security. Establish contacts with other security professionals and professional organizations.
9.Provide support as a member of emergency and crisis management teams for emergencies during normal business hours and after hours for sites within Asia.

1. Manage all associated security risks resulted from the Texas Instruments, Inc business; assessment of risks, propose mitigation programs and strategies, implementation of risk controls and regular efficiency review
2. Manage operational and physical security operations/performance of Texas Instrument, ensuring compliance to all applicable internal & external standards (e.g. corporate standards, local SOPs, Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), supply chain security standards. Worldwide Texas Instruments, Inc. expectations etc.) while continuously striving for process improvement and excellence.
3. Manage guard force and contractual obligations “contract management”. Develop metrics and measures to ensure safe and secure environment is maintained. Creating score cards to help drive continuous improvement.
4. Maintain site security equipment e.g., CCTV, access control, and alarm systems in good working order by conducting periodical checks and audits and provide recommendations for the respective parties to take action and close gaps
5. Develop and deploy specific security related training programs, bomb threat, robbery response, event escalation
6. Develop and maintain programs and processes to ensure the proper disposal of materials related to manufacturing scrap
7. Coordinate with internal and external business partners to ensure raw goods, finished pro duct and materials are secure
8. Perform investigations as needed and support global ethics department
9. Manage US Cross Border Transportation program to ensure supply chain compliance
10. Support executive protection programs and site BCP programs
11. Perform security audits to mitigate the risk faced at the site
12. Provide security assistance to all business units and ensure company assets are adequately protected
13. Able to advice management in resolution of security incidents and threats
Emergency Services Work Description
1. Maintain a system for regularly communicating the frequency and significance of emergency incidents including recommendations for prevention of future occurrences to the facility management for review.
2. Ensuring that all elements of the Emergency Response Team program and policy comply with state federal or local jurisdictional requirements
3. Ensuring training records for the ERT members are maintained while maintaining membership in the ERT organization and ensuring that an adequate number of trained persons are assigned per shift for each designated team(s)
4. Ensuring initial and ongoing training of team members is conducted including the completion of practice drills or exercises
5. Ensuring emergency response equipment is properly maintained and coordinate with public emergency service providers; planning, training, and other activities that promote mutual response effectiveness

Plans, directs and coordinates safety and security management relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of company assets, employees, invitees and others; ensures that established goals and objectives are accomplished with prescribed priorities, time limitations and with fiscal responsibilities; advises, makes recommendations, assists in the formulation of goals and objectives; designs, implements and monitors security policies, procedures and programs; complies with federal, state and local legal regulations; and exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.

1. Responsible to maintain proper liaison, support and compliance for all regional locations within the assigned area of responsibility, including awareness of security incidents that occur with elevation to the Managing Director to ensure appropriate investigation and/or remediation takes place and proactive steps are taken to improve security if appropriate.

2. Directly involved to investigate all theft and view stolen issues to report the investigations report and develop counter measures to mitigate the risk.
3. Act as focal point (Crisis Leader) in crisis management team to for any investigations involving security; to prepare reports and note follow up action. Led the crisis team on all business recovery/contingency plans and/or procedures are always kept up to and implement the Business Continuity Plan strategy. Report any significant security breaches and to undertake full investigation; recommend course of action.
4. Develop and implement Safety and Security Operations Policy for all on sites to manage the respective site services operations as per the company procedures.
5. Induct various tasks in accordance with the ‘Mandatory Requirements’ of the Safety and Security Policy Framework Document , including undertaking; security surveys, security risk assessments, drafting relevant policies and procedures and compiling security & incident reports and statistics.

6. Responsible to review all buildings site contractual agreement in accordance to safety and security requirement to minimize threat and optimal price/performance.
7. Develop and implement Safety and Security Operations Policy for all on sites to manage the respective site services operations as per the company procedures.
8. Induct various tasks in accordance with the ‘Mandatory Requirements’ of the Safety and Security Policy Framework Document, including undertaking; security surveys, security risk assessments, drafting relevant policies and procedures and compiling security & incident reports and statistics.

10. Provide assurances to the Managing Director of the integrity of the corporate security systems and procedures in accordance with overall government and business requirements

1. Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance, and more.
2. Reviewing all security measures (CTPAT/TAPA/ISO/Security System), procedures, equipment and methods from time to time for protective and preventive purposes as well as to maintain efficiency and tight security control. Develop, implement and monitor policies, procedures and security practices to safeguard employees, customers’ shipments, assets and information against loss, damage or incident
3. Prepare and analyse crime analysis report for the production of regular reports on shipment and other security incidents, including theft/ pilferage. Where appropriate, recommend and initiate actions to investigate and resolve significant security incidents as they occur.
4. Coordinate and induct security activities (training, briefing) to ensure compliance of employees and sub-contractors with security procedures as specified in the security policy and procedures manual (Fire Fighting/Evacuation/Anti Hijacking/Robbery Response).
5. Overall in charge to manage the security vendor guard force to increase discipline, productivity and efficiency. Ensure that a high standard of discipline and deployment of all security personnel is maintained at all times. Carry out investigation in any disciplinary matter concerning the vendor security guards.
6. Oversee and manage CEVA Health & Safety Environment Team to take action when necessary and reports all company property deficiencies and safety hazards on a daily basis. Manage, control and activate Emergency Response Procedures and direct Fire Fighting Team during a fire emergency prior to Bomba arrival.

1. Involved is existing logistics program updates and upgrades of existing logistics process and procedures ensuring better and enhanced service to customers. This is involving detailed study on existing programs to identify trends and subsequently process enhancement and improvements.

2. Compilation includes new solutions spanning across the implementation of core, non-core activity and complex logistics (involving onsite processing, onsite container build up, etc.) projects against pre-agreed service standards and budgets. SOP solution design and compilation encompasses operations (onsite at customer premises, warehouse and airport), customer support (customer service roles and responsibilities) and other requirements (i.e. customs clearance procedures for shipment movement approval, etc.).

3. Plan, manage and control operational activities by optimizing available resources (space, expertise and technology) to achieve high service level, cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction and their retention, initiate value-added logistics business opportunity to ensure continuous growth and profitability.

4. Plan the arrangement of shipment within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain consignment.

5. Manage team of workers and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.

6. Deal strategically with planning, administration and general management issues, which include the day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by supervisors.

7. Coordinate and communicate with other departments, staff suppliers and customers for smooth operation flows.
