- Follow tax stamp range provide by Order Management and manage cut according the tax stamp range list.

Arrange Item for labelling one day ahead before start labelling.

- Arranging Labeler Agent where there is high volume shipment for labelling (DF Shipment & Conversion Orders)

Monitor Labeler team on the Quality of sticking tax stamp and addition label like (Importer address, Alcohol sticker & Warning sticker) without short pasted.

- Prepare Labelling report by daily to manager for billing purpose.

- To ensure in all warehouse activities for account namely receiving, Picking and Put-away in smoothly.

- To verify accuracies in inventory and paperwork pertaining to warehouse functions.

- To organize the layout of warehouse and ensure effective utilization of warehouse space.

-To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse.

- Planning receipts, issues and deliveries.

- To supervise a team material handlers for stuffing and unstuffing of DP shipment for local & Outstation shipments.

- To monitor the maintenance of MHE truck such as: Forklift, Power Truck & Reach Truck check list to operation executive by Weekly basic. (Equipment Check List)

- Perform other job-related functions as and when requested by superior.

-. To assist Facility Team On internal Maintain where is needed.

-To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.

- To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
