Job Description and Responsibilities.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to check the progress, quality, and safety of the work being carried out.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and any deviations from the original plans.
• Compliance: Ensure that construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and local building codes.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related issues and ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Material Inspection: Inspect and approve construction materials delivered to the site, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards.
• Change Management: Assess proposed changes or variations to the original plans, evaluate their impact, and provide recommendations to the project team.
• Problem-solving: Identify potential construction issues or conflicts and provide practical solutions to address them effectively.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the project manager or client regarding the construction progress, highlighting any delays, challenges, or variations encountered.
• To attend on monthly progress claim verification (work done).
• To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
• To ensure that materials used are in accordance to contract specifications.
• To issue site memo/ NCR to contractors for work not comply to required Quality Standard, Construction Drawings and Specifications.

Project Involve;

Construction of 2 Office Blocks, Hotel Tower, Mall and Infrastructure.

• Performing site supervision and coordination to ensure that the works carried out by the Contractors are within quality standards and correcting specification.
• Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of works, preparing and update daily progress report.
• To attend on monthly progress claim verification (work done)
• To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
• Regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of works, preparing and update daily progress report.
• To ensure that materials used are in accordance to contract specifications.
