Membership, Youth and Events Committee

  • Involve in the development team for the new Membership Database and mobile apps
  • Organise many types of events i.e Dinner, launching of the building, workshop, seminar, symposium etc
  • Prepare various types of analysis and statistic of the membership data and membership system
  • Prepare projection and subsidy report of income from membership subscription
  • Handling Membership database system for all members and E-Voting system for yearly election
  • Promoting the membership by having various initiatives, e.g
  • Provide the info and benefit in Social Medias, prepare membership kit, conduct survey etc
  • Handling company's merchandise; PAM Ring, car sticker, car emblem and stamp
  • Handling company's emailing system: MailChimp
  • Handling member's enquiries and complaints via phone call, email and letter
  • Arrange periodical meeting, prepare meeting minutes and reports, and follow-up on action items with respective responsible parties
  • Provide technical and administrative support on the application approval, registration, assessment and certification of projects/events/tasks


Constitution Committee

  • Look into the amendments to the constitutions and bye-laws
  • Prepare reports and amendments to be tabled at Annual General Meeting or Extraordinary General Meeting


Strategic Planning Committee

  • Assist the Institute to gather, analyze and organize information
  • Track industry and competitive trends
  • Develop forecasting models and scenario analysis, examine strategic performance, spot emerging market opportunities, identify profession threats, look for novel strategic solutions and develop creative action plans
  • Arrange periodical meeting, prepare meeting minutes and reports, and follow-up on action items with respective responsible parties


Community and Social Responsible Committee

  • Preparing the documentation on the proposal, structure, mission, vision, objective, KPI and list of benefits of this committee
  • Organise many types of activities such as Covid19, flood and blood donation drive, gotong-royong and mapping of the flood area, awareness seminars etc.

Account Receivables

  • Ensure daily collection for all mode of payment is being banked in on next working day
  • Ensure validation of bank in slips (cash, cheque and credit card)
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions performed
  • Proper balancing and recording of daily inward remittances, including data entries to accounting system
  • Prepares accurate closing and monthly report of Account Receivables
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation for inter-company transactions
  • Coordinate with Logistics Dept on accounting matters
  • Ensure the affiliate credit note are issued and sent timely after monthly closing


Credit Control

  • Monitor customer account with regards to ensure debts are paid on time
  • Follow up customer via phone, email and letter
  • Liaising with Sales, Customer Service and Logistics Department to actively resolve credit and billing issues so as to ensure timely collection of overdue debt
  • Attend monthly credit meeting within the company
  • Assisting and liaising with debt collector and legal department by providing credit information
  • Review, assess and release blocked sales order and/or to seek approval for the release of such orders
  • Prepares monthly analysis, ageing and report of debtors, and quarterly or yearly report when required


Others

  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve problematic issues raised by debtors relating to billing, credit note and outstanding
  • Liaison with internal, external auditors on statutory requirements by providing audit schedules/analysis required
  • Prepare documentation for tender application
  • Assist Sales and Promotion department in certain project/event when required
  • Assist Logistics Department in yearly stock taking.
