- Develop Inventory Policy considering various parameter through the concept of 8 reasons of Inventory.
- Develop a supply plan for all the PBUs after considering unconstrained forecast/demand according to the 8 reason of inventory for 18 months horizon.
- Optimize inventory and working capital for the PBUs through using standard approach to 8 reasons of Inventory - ensure over max and under min inventory are contained to protect cash & service objectives of the PBU.
- Review supply plan in executional horizon (1 month for local production) and 3 months for imported products) based on demand signal changes.
- Single point of contact relative to supply planning for all planning horizons for the demand planning and business teams to assess changes in demand.
- Collaborate with Importers and exporters for all planning horizons to assess their requirements and ensure the customer needs are met through a doable supply plan.
- Support the Head of Supply Planning ASEAN to lead supply associated feeds to the PBU S&OP discussions and work with the Work Center Planner and the Deployment Planner to ensure the cash and service level objectives of the PBU are met.
