Project: Con Edison - Leading Energy company. Migrating the client's existing NuCon Legacy system into the PEGA CPMS Application, created using Pega GenAI Blueprint.

• Experience with developing a Pega application using Constellation 25.x design system’s UI component library.
• Designing complex Views and using OOTB functionalities such as Embedded / Data Reference Data Types, Configuration Sets, Portals & Landing Page, and Record Manager, etc.
• Experience using modern debugging Browser Dev Tools, such as Console (running scripts), Network (inspecting DX API calls), UI Inspector, etc.
• Utilized requirements management tools like Azure DevOps to ensure alignment between project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Project: Corebridge Financial - Leading Insurance company. Agent Desktop Application is a Customer Service Application that serves customers with all the queries/requests for their Policies. It was built on top of the CS framework of Pega. It has all the features of Customer Service, along with many service requests, to perform various requests coming from customers. This application has almost 10+ integrations, which include fetching policy data, documents related to policies, updating different systems while performing the service requests, sending emails to customers, etc.

• Analyzed and developed assigned user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Designed reusable components, Data Pages, Report-Definitions, UI components, and custom rules to improve application scalability and maintainability.
• Experienced in debugging applications using Tracer, Clipboard & Live UI.
• Ability to drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement preventive measures.
• Analysis and fixing production issues in the warranty period. Fixing SIT/UAT defects.
• Facilitated client demos and review sessions to confirm product features met agreed-upon requirements.

Project: CHUBB Insurance - Leading Banking company. HFC Application is a claim processing application for creating and processing claims. It covers the end-to-end process from the FNOL screen to the payment process and has multiple integrations, which include fetching policy details, fetching and updating payment details, validating beneficiary details, updating coverages/LOB for claims, etc.

• Experienced in Pega PRPC concepts, UI designing, and rule types like Data Transform, Activities, Validations, Flow Action, Sections, Ruleset Management, etc.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to gather business needs and translated requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Led and mentored development teams, ensuring timely delivery of Pega solutions.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to implement support and enhancements.
• Experienced in leading Pega production support activities, including major incident resolution and fixes.
