• Digital Compliance & Data Management: Utilized MySmartOH software as a power user to process testing data, generate medical reports for OHDs, and ensure all documentation met strict ICOP 2019 standards.
• Tier-1 Corporate Portfolio: Successfully executed audiometric compliance projects for over 15+ "Tier-1" corporations, including Jabil, SD Guthrie, DRB-Hicom, FGV, Malaysia Airports (MAHB), and Southern Steel.
