Banquet Supervisor

• Survey all pre-function areas and meeting rooms at the beginning and at the end of shifts and record any necessary work orders. Ensure that the facility is good condition. Report to Banquet Manager for housekeeping or repairs of and banquet equipment when necessary.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and service repair for all the equipment’s and storeroom.
• Perform all Banquet assignments as designated by the Banquet Senior waiter, Supervisor or Manager.
• Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
• Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.
Senior Waiter
• Ensuring good communication is constantly maintained between the Culinary Department Representative & the Banquet Bartender during the event by alerting any changes in the schedule of service, challenges or adverse comments that may arise during the service of an event.

• Compile Cheque, cash or credit card from the Banquet Event Order, at the end of the event or function and ensuring that the amount charged equals to the master account.
• Reconfirm the billings and invoices before presenting to the guest.
• Ensuring that all relevant & applicable paperwork is filled out correctly and copies distributed as required.
