  • Processed and managed high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions across multiple entities, maintaining accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Managed full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) - Handled invoice processing, payment runs, and remittances across domestic and international vendors; maintained positive vendor relationships and ensured adherence to payment terms.
  • Handled the preparation and execution of electronic funds transfers (EFT), bank drafts, cheque, and other financial transactions through online banking platforms.

  • Assisted with month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
