• Carry out plant operations in a safe and effective manner
• Perform shift hand over in Proper (SOSO)
• Perform start-up, shutdown and emergency activities by following procedure
• Collect sample, test for Distillation, density and colour.
• Understanding of P&ID, Interlock Alarms, S/D system, DCS, IPF.
• Exercises responsibility for safety specific areas of the assigned plant Includes operation of the assigned plant in a safe reliable manner, assurance of housekeeping, safety and safe work practices in area of responsibility.
• Coordinate maintenance activities. Includes preparing equipment for maintenance to be carried out, ensuring that adequate safety precautions have been taken, the job is adequately as follow Log Out/ Tag Out (LOTO).
• Develop daily report and submit to supervisor, activities on equipment utilization, usage and maintenance in order to update the supervisors with the information on the equipment condition and utilization(Toolbox meeting).
• Provide necessary support and assistance to the emergency team during any plant emergencies. Performs the SAP system for reporting any abnormality found at field and inform to supervisor.
• Perform independently and actively as a team in plant upset, start up and shut down plant accordingly as follow company procedure regarding of safety measurement.
