• Provided training for Clients and non-clients of the company in various aspects of Moodle site.

• As a System Support Analyst at HP Sdn Bhd Cyberjaya, I provided first-level support for all Shell Global employees, assisting them with troubleshooting their machines and servers.
• This challenging and rewarding experience allowed me to develop my technical skills and knowledge of IT systems.
• Working with Shell Global, a major multinational corporation, was a significant opportunity that exposed me to various complex technical issues and taught me how to communicate effectively with clients professionally.
• Overall, my time at Hewlett Packard as a System Support Analyst was a valuable experience that helped me develop my technical and interpersonal skills.
