• Implementing Acute Care Electronic Medical Records (EMR) project Taking the lead in defining the requirements, workflows, implementation and training of physician electronic documentation and Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) across multispecialty disciplines within acute care settings. CPOE adoption improved to 75%. This reduced medical reports turnaround time and safe management of medications and diagnostic orders.
• Successful Hospital Information System (HIS) set up for New Facility project - Implementation for a new facility set up and delivered on time.
• Evidence based order sets projects– Successful training of informatics team on managing the product. Eventually this led to successful project management of various evidence based clinical pathways that is launched through the integration between the product and EMR.
