• Plan, develop, and implement variety of sports and recreational programs for participants of all ages and skill levels.
• Oversee maintenance and operations of squash facilities, ensuring they are safe, well-maintained, and suitable for squash activities.
• Seek out sponsorship opportunities and funding sources to support program growth.
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, facilities, officiating, and awards.

• Co-ordinate junior programming, instruction and events.
• Co-ordinate adult programming, instruction and events.
• Be responsible at certain times for manning reception desk, being responsible for specific program and help members with their inquiries.
• Co-ordinate Progress Reports.
• Co-ordinate motivation talk to players and parents.
• Programming includes, but is not limited to:
• 1)Junior Squad & Travel Teams.
• 2)Overall youth instructional programs, leagues & clinics, round robins, ladder (ages 9-17)
• 3)Schools Programs
• Develop and coach adult squash programs. Programming includes, but is not limited to:
