- Led the export documentation process for all shipments from Port Klang to Sabah and Sarawak, covering the full East Malaysia region.
- Generated customs invoice and packing list via JD Edwards (JDE).
- Managed a team of 4 people and ensured all logistics processes were well coordinated and managed until it reached the final destination.
