AirAsia wins Asean award for best workplace in 2019
AirAsia won the Best Workplace award at the 2019 Asean HR Awards. Selected by a panel of judges from various industries, AirAsia was crowned the winner in the Malaysia category for its employee benefits and work-life balance initiatives, particularly in its commitment to supporting working parents. AirAsia’s childcare centre, Krista@RedQ, which covers over 413 square metres, features four classrooms, a nursing room, a treatment room, child-sized toilets, a play area, as well as learning aids and multimedia facilities. The award was presented to AirAsia Head of Facilities Catherine Kok by Minister of Entrepreneur Development Datuk Seri Redzuan Md Yusof.
